Verification of Enrollment Request

All Verification of Enrollment (VOE) requests must be processed by the Registrar. Before a VOE can be released, the student must read the statement below, sign it, and click “submit” to send the request to the Registrar Office for processing. If the Verification of Enrollment is being released to an individual or organization other than the student, please indicate that below. To mail a VOE to a university or another public institution, please list the address.
