CONVOCATION SCHOOL YEAR 2024/2025
Welcome back to school! We are excited to kick off the 24/25 School Year with convocation beginning Monday, August 5!
Convocation marks the official beginning of our academic year. It is the perfect opportunity to team up, celebrate our accomplishments, and prepare for the year ahead. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Please arrive on time on Monday, August 5, to park and check in at the Treaty Oak Room at ESC Region 13 (5701 Springdale Road, Austin, TX 78723). Breakfast begins at 8 AM. On Tuesday, August 6, you will check in at the Norwood Campus, with breakfast also starting at 8 AM.
This year, we are testing the SCHED app to connect people to the convocation schedule better and provide easy access to meeting changes and feedback. Please download the SCHED app (instructions below) to register for the event, review the agenda, and then select the Breakout Sessions and Roundtable Discussions to build your schedule. Please plan to attend
every time slot – sign-in sheets will be available at each session.
