Open Enrollment

WELCOME TO OPEN ENROLLMENT 2025: NOVEMBER 11 – NOVEMBER 24!

Open Enrollment is when eligible, full-time team members may elect, not elect, or change their health and insurance benefits. This year’s Open Enrollment is ACTIVE, which means you are required to log into the Goodwill ADP portal (human resources management software) and either elect or decline benefits. If you take no action, your benefits will default to declined, and you will not have medical or insurance coverage in 2025.

During Open Enrollment if you have any questions or need help with your benefits, you may call our Benefits Service Center at 1-866-870-5093 from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Please visit the Excel intranet for all Team Member communications and instructions.

 

PREP FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT
  • Review your current benefits selections in Employee Navigator (our enrollment portal for 2024) so you know your coverage and deductions. EmployeeNavigator_LoginOE202
  • Log in to ADP to ensure you have access to the portal before Open Enrollment begins
          1. Go to the ADP Login
          2. Enter your “firstname.lastname@excelcenterhighschool.org” email address
          3. On the next screen, enter your network password (the one you use to sign into your computer every day)

          1.  You should see the screen below. Once Open Enrollment opens navigate to Myself (dropdown) > Benefits > Enrollments.
